A. LoiLoScope installation assumes .net 3.5sp1 is there judging from some vestiges.
Also Windows system assumes .net 3.5sp1 was successfully installed even if it failed to be installed.
You need Clean Installation (vs. Overwrite Installation) of Windows and to install .net 3.5sp1 afterwards. -
Q. When I try to edit the video thumbnail, the video can not be played back with transparent image and just audio can be heard.
Or, when I move the mouse pointer on the thumbnail image, it has been disappeared. -
A. If you use the older graphic card's driver before Nov./2004, you may be faced such situation.

A. The appropriate PC's specification is required for playing back of 4x/8x videos. When you play back by 4x, the PC's specification is required for playing back the 4 streams at the same time. The HD play back by GPU, so far, only NVIDIA's GT240/GT220 is available for 2 stream playing back. Other GPUs can play 1 stream only.
Some Core i7 CPUs can play back 4 full HD video at the same time, this case, it seems to play back 4x video, smoothly.
