Q. If the image and sounds are out of alignment, is it possible to automatically fix them?

A. There is no way to fix them automatically.
However, it is possible to do so manually.
In the Video Edit mode select Arrange step, and add the same video twice. Then move to the Effect step. Click one of the videos’ timeline bar, and reduce its sound volume to 0 with the sound quantity panel in the Adjust tray to the right of the screen. Reduce the opacity of the other video to 0 on the Opacity scale in the Brightness Adjustment panel in the Adjust tray. Then synchronize playback positions of both timeline bars so that the image would match audio.
