A. It is possible to output a video ratio of 16:9 into a ratio of 4:3.
At the right end of the timeline toolbar that lines up in the video edit mode, there is the option to change video sizes.
Moreover, by pressing the “effects” step’s adjustment tray button for changes reversions to initial states, it is possible to change the entirety of a 16:9 ratio video into a 4:3 ratio.
