Q. The image quality is very bad when I play videos. Is there a way to improve it?

A. The image quality is lowered based on an automatic evaluation of the settings in your environment.
Please understand that the computer which you are using does not have enough processing power to ensure a good image quality, and the program is prioritizing the smoothness of the video.
Although image quality will be improved by removing the check in the “option settings’” “detailed settings” that lightens the load through lowering the image quality of the h.264 previews, it is possible that the computer will be unable to play the video smoothly. Please use your own judgment when changing these settings.
