FAQ of LoiLoFit for Everio

Q. I cannot hear any sound while I am replaying videos.

A. This can potentially be resolved through the following procedure.
 1) Please confirm whether or not the sound settings of the PC are set at 0, or your speakers are OFF.
 2) Please confirm whether or not you can hear sound when playing videos on Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player, or any other video-playing software other than LoiLo].
 3) Please confirm whether or not the sound settings of the timeline, timeline bar, or thumbnails are set at 0%.
 4) If sound continues to be inaudible after going through the above-mentioned steps 1)~4), there is the possibility that a specialized codec is necessary for the video you are trying to play.
