A. Click START and enter dxdiag.exe in the search column.
DirectX diagnostic till will be pop up and when you click a display tab, you will find something like below.
Product Name : NVIDIA GeForce GT 240
Manufacturer : NVIDIA
In this case, we know NVIDIA is used.
You can save the information as a file on your PC and send it to your support personnel if requested.
