Q. I am thinking of making my purchase with a credit card, and I would like to know if and when receipts are issued in those cases.

A. Receipts can be issued. LoiLo will issue you license files via an e-mail upon completion of the accounts settlement. Please send the contents of this e-mail, along with the name and address of the receipt’s addressee to loilo@loilo.tv.
