A. If payments are completed by today, the license will be issued tomorrow.
You can use the program as soon as you have received the e-mail detailing the issuing of the license. (For example, if the payment is made on the 1st, then the e-mail detailing the issuing of the license will be issued on the 2nd, with the program being usable immediately upon receipt of this e-mail.)
